Nexus provides web development, design, and digital solution services including:

  • Design and UX/UI services
  • Custom loading screen creation
  • SEO and growth optimization

3. Consultation and Booking

3.1 Free Consultations

We offer free 30-minute consultation sessions. These are subject to availability and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

3.2 Paid Consultations

Any fees paid for consultations are fully credited toward your final project cost if you proceed with our services.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Deposits and Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through PayPal
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • Full payment is required before final project delivery
  • Consultation fees are credited toward project costs

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quote. Custom website packages begin at a minimum of $500 as outlined in our service breakdown.

5. Project Scope and Deliverables

5.1 Scope Definition

Project scope will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Changes to scope may result in additional fees.

5.2 Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to client feedback, technical issues, or scope changes.

5.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide:

  • Timely feedback and approvals
  • Necessary content, assets, and access
  • Clear communication of requirements

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables created specifically for their project.

6.2 Nexus Rights

We retain the right to:

  • Display completed work in our portfolio
  • Use project as a case study
  • Reuse general code frameworks and techniques

6.3 Third-Party Assets

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any content, images, or assets they provide.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Warranty

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

7.2 Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% uptime and performance perfection, we do not guarantee specific results or commercial outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Refund Policy

  • Before Work Starts: Full refund available
  • After Work Starts: Refunds prorated based on work completed
  • After Delivery: No refunds, but we'll work to address concerns

10. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. Clients agree to keep our pricing and methodologies confidential.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client will be billed for work completed up to termination date.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
